My first wheels! is a grassroots initiative to collect gently used bikes for donation to children living in low-income neighbourhoods in Toronto. We are dedicated to the idea that a used bike can have a direct impact on a child's freedom, self-esteem and mobility. A used bike can help get a child up on their own two wheels.Do you have a kid's bike that you no longer need? You can:
- give a child the chance to be active, get outdoors and have fun!
- give youth a healthy, positive focus
- do something good for the planet
- teach kids about giving
